At Modeflo, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below, which applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Unfortunately, we may not be able to accept returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. How to Request a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We recommend checking your package as soon as it arrives.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item
  • An incorrect size

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@modeflo.store and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Incorrect sizes received

All exchanges are subject to product availability. Shipping times for replacement items may vary depending on your location.

5. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns. You will receive the approved refund amount without additional return penalties.

6. Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be sent to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–7 business days
  • In some cases, refunds may take up to 7 business days after approval to appear in your account

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discounts and promotional codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.

Refunds are issued only for the amount paid at checkout and do not include unused or expired promotional offers.
